From November 8th - December 8th, Parallel will be a drop-off point for non-perishables that will be donated to our friends at the The Hunger and Health Coalition.

With the holidays coming up, cooking season is upon us! For that reason we’re also asking or holiday meal items. Examples of these include pie crusts, casserole ingredients, cooking oils, and any other non-perishable food items.

We’re hosting a holiday cookie bake-off on Sunday December 14, and your recipe might just take the crown!

So, here’s the deal:
- One submission per person
- Judging is FREE and open to the public
- One vote per attendee
- Any cookie counts
- Winner takes home a $100 gift card

Drop off for entries will start at 2:00 PM.
Judging runs 3–6:30 PM, with winners announced at 7:00 PM

Pintxo Pote

Join us Saturday July 20th and Sunday July 21st for our very first installment of Pintxo Pote. A tradition in the Basque city of San Sebastian, "Pintxo Pote" is a weekly event held throughout multiple neighborhoods in the city combining traditional Basque pintxos(Basque for tapas) and wine/beer. Our intention is to have a Pintxo Pote once a month and this will be your first chance to see what it's all about. We will be offering 3 different pintxos and txakoli(Basque white wine) by the glass. These pintxos will pair perfectly with our beer as well and we will have these pairings available for you too! Come on out for an extremely unique evening in Boone. Aupa!!!
